Athens businesses and service providers, we have a new sponsorship opportunity for you to consider at our first annual Smoke in the Hills festival at Smoke Rise Ranch

Hello, we’d like you to consider the benefits of Sponsorship at our grass-roots event, Smoke in the Hills Festival. This is a THC-A & Hemp friendly event. We are celebrating our rights in terms of medicinal and/or recreational usage in the State of Ohio. We are planning a huge Vendors Expo, as well as having Special Guest Speakers, Comedians, and different genres of music at the event. We are holding the Festival at Smoke Rise Ranch in Murray City, OH – just outside of Glouster and Nelsonville, OH. Our venue is a huge sprawling Camp ground, with a Pool house and room for thousands of attendees and over 50 vendors for the community to explore local handmade are, genetics for “grow at home” projects, equipment, and our VIP experience – a fully stocked flower and dab bar in climate-controlled tents – is sure to be a hit with attendees!

We expect to hold over 500 attendees, and have the room for thousands. We’ve partnered with Veteran’s associations and other Local and Regional Vendors and Small Businesses in the area to bring a one-of-a-kind experience to S.E. Ohio. While the largest Cannabis Festival, “Stargazer Cannabis Festival” quickly outgrowing its original venue choice of last year at over 1200 attendees, organizers had to move to Waverly, OH – it is our goal to carry the torch and begin our own yearly event at venue that can grow up to accommodate 5-7k camping attendees over the years to come. Be the first in line to support a cause that is shared and supported by the majoring of people in our region of the State, regardless of what politicians say. We are here to make our mark and establish the scene that Athens County has been waiting for.

Platinum Kush Sponsor – Top Tier - $1000 Sponsorship or $1500 in goods/services donated to the cause. Package includes:
- 10 x 6 ft. Banner with Logo(s) and/or short biography about your company or service displayed at Main Stage all weekend of the Event. Sponsor can have the Banner after the event, and/or display anywhere before April 20th.
- Logo and Short bio placed on Smoke in the Hills flyer and shared on all social media and paid advertisements for next year’s event in May.
- 10 General Admission Passes or any combination of Passes equal or less than $900

Gold Nug Sponsor – A prestigious Tier with Premium Benefits - $750 Sponsorship or $850 in goods/services donated to the cause. Package includes:
- 6 x 10 ft. Banner with Logo(s) and/or short biography about your company or service displayed at Main Stage all weekend of the Event. Sponsor can have the Banner after the event, and/or display anywhere before April 20th.
- Logo and Short bio placed on Smoke in the Hills flyer and shared on all social media and paid advertisements for next year’s event in May.
- 7 General Admission Passes or any combination of Passes equal or less than $700

Silver Haze Sponsor – A strong supporter with great perks - $500 Sponsorship or $650 in goods/services donated to the cause. Package includes:
- 6 x 10 Banner with Logo(s) and/or short biography about your company or service displayed at Main Stage all weekend of the Event. Sponsor can have the Banner after the event, and/or display anywhere before April 20th.
- 6 General Admission Passes or any combination of Passes equal or less than $600

- Logo and Short bio placed on Smoke in the Hills flyer and shared on all social media and paid advertisements for next year’s event in May.

 

Bronze Bud Sponsor – Solid backing with key promotional benefits - $300 Sponsorship or $400 in goods/services donated to the cause. Package includes:
- 4 x 6 Banner with Logo(s) and/or short biography about your company or service displayed at Main Stage all weekend of the Event. Sponsor can have the Banner after the event, and/or display anywhere before April 20th.
- Logo and Short bio placed on Smoke in the Hills flyer and shared on all social media.
- 4 General Admission Passes or any combination of Passes equal or less than $400

Sticky Sponsor – A mid-level tier with strong brand presence - $100 Sponsorship or $150 in goods/services donated to the cause. Package includes:
- 3 x 2 ft. Banner with Logo displayed at Main Stage all weekend of the Event. Sponsor can have the Banner after the event, and/or display anywhere before April 20th.

- 2 General Admission Passes or any combination of Passes equal or less than $200

 

Seeding Sponsor – An entry-level sponsorship for growing brands - $50 Sponsorship or $100 in goods/services donated to the cause. Package includes:
- 2 x 1 Banner with Logo displayed at Main Stage all weekend of the Event. Sponsor can have the Banner after the event, and/or display anywhere before April 20th.
